Windows

Windows are among my favorite of projects. Each window or set of windows offers a blank slate to create an amazing center piece in the room. Whether you're looking to dress up a room, update the existing casing, or make a statement, windows make an excellent cost effective choice.

Sheetrock returns into windows are exceptionally boring. Adding jambs and casing is a relatively inexpensive way to give any room an immediate face lift.

Residential Construction

Occasionally, when building homes, there are design oversights and we get left with spaces that have so much potential, however, they are often left neglected. One of the best things about my job is coming in and helping a homeowner figure out what we can do with an existing space that just simply is not living up to it's potential. A little light framing, some awesome trim work, and a great design can transform any wasted space into a functional, useful place for family gatherings, or for work. With free consults and estimates, it's very easy to take your ideas, come up with a design, and set a plan in motion that's well on its way to realizing all the potential of your wasted space.

Face-Lifts

Whether your house is 120 years old, like the one pictured on the right, or brand new, we often don't get to choose what style of casing, base, doors, or other assorted moldings are installed before we obtain the house. Replacing doors, baseboards, style of casing, adding crown molding or any sort of style of applied molding is a fantastic way to customize the look and feel of your home.

From custom built-ins for your living room, to custom shoe racks for your closet, all the way over to hidden doors for a storm shelter, I can fabricate and install a wide variety of custom built pieces to personalize your house. New Home Builds

I love working with homeowners and builders to bring ideas and designs to life. Starting with a blank canvas is often times the best way to actualize an idea or vision. Bringing a client's idea from the mind, putting it to paper and then further still, applying it on to the wall is a satisfying endeavor all around.

Not only do I have the skills and requisite knowledge to complete these designs, I can also help draw designs out so you as the client can see that I understand what it is you want. This helps eliminate any misunderstandings or miscommunications resulting in an overall better experience for all involved.

Commercial Buildings

I possess the skill set required to complete any finish carpentry work involved in senior assisted living buildings, apartments, student housing, common areas, and corridors. I have extensive experience with Redi-Frames, unit entry doors, hardware, setting cabinets, setting pre-hung unit interior doors, hand rails, bathroom hardware, base and window sills.

Ceilings

From shiplap to multi-piece crown, adding millwork to your ceiling is a fantastic way to make any room pop. It makes any room feel bigger, adding an elaborate feel to your home.

Three Season Porches

Three season porches are a great way to spend time outside and not have to deal with bugs. Whether its windows, or just screens, open faced framing, or wrapped in cedar, it's never made a homeowner unhappy to have a space so versatile.
