How It Started
I started out framing homes for a national builder in 2010. I found that I loved the process of building things out of wood. I also found that something was missing. The wow factor, the sense of satisfaction of seeing something I created as a finished product, the challenge of figuring out something new. That's when I found trim carpentry.

I first started trimming on townhomes that were freshly built. After several months of that I started training on remodels, pop-a-tops, new builds and finally getting into the high end custom residential market. After several years of developing my skills and processes, I still find it fascinating to come across projects that require critical thinking and problem solving skills. I find the sense of satisfaction of completing a complicated, custom made project to be second to none.
Experience
I first started on a framing crew in 2010. It was then that I found a passion for building things out of wood. After a few years I took an opportunity to join a trim crew where I was able to utilize my eye for detail and greatly improve my knowledge base to further my skills and capabilities.
